All orders within the United States will be shipped via USPS Monday – Friday. Our shipping rate (excluding Parkas) is $6.50 for the first item, plus $1.50 for second item, and 3+ FREE shipping.
Canada: $8.50 first item, +$1.50 for the second item, 3+ items shipping is free. *
England, Spain, Germany, France: $10.00 first, $1.50 additional. *

Turnaround Time
Orders (excluding Parkas) will typically be shipped on the next business day after the order has been placed.
Returns
Returned items will be gladly accepted for in-store credit with a 10% restocking fee. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Parka Returns
Custom parkas are not cancellable or changeable once ordered & are not returnable unless defective. Please be certain of sizes & name spellings. |
